How are you ole lad! If you would really like to put something back into the lovely game get backing from any trade union to start a snooker professional trade union (SPTU).

I suggested this to John Higgins many years ago to demand a share from WPBSA funds but it fell through when John got caught and off the corruption hook with a fine and Steve Davis the SPA President got a cushy place on the board.

Barry knows that a trade union would become much stronger than World Snooker as with www and internet, the trade union members would be worldwide.

This is the exact reason why the Pro’ game is in real trouble and needs a real vamp and reappraisal to find its true place as “Television Entertainment”.

The few dozen people that make a great living from TV and the board members naturally sound the praises of the game but know the Pro’ game does not boost TV audiences.

Snooker as a fun game will never die but without the TV cash the Pro’ game will disappear just like billiards and other minority games gleaned occasionally on TV.

World Snooker in time will probable becomes “Matchroom Snooker” not to change overnight but first amalgamate in partnership as a more efficient business concept.

How are you chaps! The purpose of Pro’ snooker is to entertain not to strive for the highest breaks or score more points.

This is the exact reason why the Pro’ game is in real trouble and needs a real vamp and reappraisal to find its true place as “Television Entertainment”.

The few dozen people that make a great living from TV and the board members naturally sound the praises of the game but know the present Pro’ game does not boost TV audiences.

Snooker as a fun game will never die but without the TV cash the Pro’ game will disappear just like billiards and other minority games gleaned occasionally on TV.

World Snooker in time will probable becomes “Matchroom Snooker” not to change overnight but first amalgamate in partnership as a more efficient business concept.

The business proposal by Barry Hearn of claiming 51% of  “Commercial Rights” was possible wrong but debated openly and carried on a free vote against strong opposition.

Copyright Snooker Coaching, Pool, and all cue Sports worldwide.

Copyright © is a contentious subject, and especially in snooker. Mr Joe Davis reinvented the game in the 19-20/30s and became the games first snooker coach.

Joe's book “Improve Your Snooker” in October 19-36 did not mention the word “copyright” either in the forward or as a reminder or warning to readers, nor was the word Copyright used in Joe's text describing The Joe Davis coaching method.

Snooker The Fine Art is the only alternative method written since 19-36 but unlike Joe's books: The Fine Art Method is copyright since the 19-80s

Any person(s) adopting “Snooker The Fine Art Method” to coach and teach others must first obtain written permission from the copyright owner.

           

The snooker establishment (WPBSA) does not adhere to the Joe Davis copyright and allows any person that has read a Joe Davis library book the right to become a snooker coach.

Joe Davis no doubt was very proud that the whole world was going to copy and play snooker the Joe Davis way and probable assumed his copyright would not be violated or abused.

Dear Mr Dizzy.

Good morning sir! It’s nice to be questioned on snooker technique without ridicule or scorn as I am positively a mister nobody without a title and really should not have a constructive opinion.

Snooker players are an unusual form of anomaly and if Steve Davis or Jimmy White  said that century breaks were easier on Monday afternoons if raining it would be classed as a proven coaching method. A young nobody that acquires a snooker title become infallible on snooker technique overnight.

Snooker coaching is in it's infancy lad has nothing new in coaching guidance particularly the teaching for young female players to challenge for snooker honours.
Snooker and all cue sports is the TV entertainment of the future lad and will in time be a part of all “School Sports”­ curriculum.

The pause was first introduced by Mr Mark­ Wildman on BBC TV and was adopted by Mr Frank Callan­ who coached Terry Griffiths in Preston.

Terry now advocates the “Pause” as if original but without details on the "Time span" for his pause or how many inches back swing for best results.

How are you! About the “Fine Art” coaching DVDs! They were offered to Clive Everton free to publish in Snooker Scene many years ago. (Video and Articles)

Apparently Mr Everton only deals in pirate DVDs etc and would not entertain “Snooker The Fine Art Method as it holds the worlds only copyright on coaching.

Please understand dear ole Clive’s dilemma; a copyright version of coaching would “Out sell” his illegal side of the business and reduce income from the pirate DVDs.

For the record lad if you choose to copy a Joe Davis book on coaching Clive will advertise your book or DVD for a monthly fee without questioning Copyright.

Please note lad while reputable firms like the BBC/TV Sky, and Eurosport TV employ these bandits it gives creditability to infringing copyright material.

There are of course some honest people in snooker but sadly they were “Very Quiet” and never asked questions when the Joe Davis Copyright disappeared.

The “Fine Art” method would willingly show on the internet parts of the many videos and DVDs but they would immediately be copied by Terry Griffiths and other bandits as W/S and the WPBSA has no authority or control over there members.

Ms Caroline  Hilditch demanded in a eight point email that I prove copyright. This was a surprise as I was never in touch with the BBC or in dispute over copyright.Granted I had been in contact with the devious Clive Everton the BBC snooker consultant.

How are you lad! To make sure that you receive this E mail I am also sending it through the Pro’ Players official post box in Bristol. I think Nigel Mawer; Barry’s new chief constable has taken over from Elaine Ayers as post master.

It’s sad Steve you going “Official” on the Joe Davis coaching method. The great man was branded a fraud for claiming copyright status in his many books so I expect your “Official” appointment makes Joe an “Official Fraud”.

I think you should be made aware Steve that the game “Snooker” is not copyright and the “Fine Art” claim is a “Copyright Method” to coach and teach all cue sports to an advance level.
With of course the vast American women’s market in mind but with the Pool Associations full approval.

Transferring or lending a British copyright Steve will create a new industry in every country world wide as no pool playing country has control of the coaching bandits that bleed the vast tax free money from the game or sport.

Steve as President and Shop Steward of the disbanded SPA is more the Quisiling type and should be banned from playing goal-keeper with Barry Hearn. How are you my selfish pair! The brilliant idea of creating a Trade Union (SPA) for pro Snooker players was a wonderful and thoughtful idea.

Why have you sold the concept to the WPBSA bosses without first seeking a vote from members?

Were you intimidated by Nigel Mawer of the Integrity Unite or had a “Jam Tomorrow” promise for your long time snooker future?

Did the new authority awarded to Barry by the Scottish police to punish “Wrong Doers” without trial also apply to the police force in England?

The disbanding of a Trade Union without open discussion with members is wrong and worthy of a full public enquiry by both the police and other Trade Unions.

The lucky player or figurehead appointed Presedent to the Snooker Players Trade Union (WSPTU) will have control of Pro snooker worldwide.

Dear Mr Global Snooker.
How are you kind sirs! With the sad demise of BBC/606, I (Mr Hey You) have been considering joining your site if you do not have a discrimination policy on Copyright holders.

Whether I join your site or not mister GS I think it is only “Fair and Just” that that your members are fully aware that the laws on copyright are unequivocal.
The old “I didn't know sir” or "don’t recall sir” are unaccepted for infringing copyright. 

In fairness to all members the Fine Art © coaching method in time will become commercial and will enact a “Fine Art Snooker Policy” to all Copycats.
All “Fine Art” registered coaches can claim Compensation from each and every player without Copyright status.

The legal authority to coach the “Fine Art” method will include a tariff to help in legal costs. Every single “Fine Art” coach can claim compensation from all coaching bandits.
The “Fine Art” is an “Exclusive Method” of snooker coaching and it is only right that every copycat be answerable in court. Mr Hey You
