Dear Ms Maerve, and Sir Tony Hall
A secret is wasted if not shared

I sincerely hope you had a Merry Christmas lass and A Happy New Year. The BBCs “Conspiracy of Silence” policy of sheltering “Big Names” is a wrong decision by both you and Sir Tony Hall.

As the BBCs conspired silence on the Jimmy Savile case must have “Prolonged” the agony and torture of so many more youngsters.

I presume Ms Lynch that the new DG Tony Hall gave you written permission to “Continue” the “The No Reply” to enquires plus silence on Snooker’s Big Names.

May I respectively ask Ms Lynch! What is your capacity as an employee with the BBC? The exchange of E mails with Ms Hilditch and David Sant imposed themselves as solicitors of the BBC legal department.

I sincerely hope Ms Lynch that you are a fellow solicitor and not a stand in felon from the snooker Integrity Unite or the Clive Everton office whose names must be secret.

Ms Hilditch E mailed me with a ten point questionnaire seeking my proof of my
Copyright status (If any).

My answers were honest and correct to Ms Hilditch but panicked David Sant to write and deny any copyright blame to the BBC though blame was not mentioned.

I did remark the spotted balls shown by Ken Doherty on live TV was misleading to youngsters watching BBC snooker as balls cannot roll except sometimes the length of there circumference just before becoming stationary.

My main objection to the BBC employing felons was infringing the copyright of the BBC book “Pot Black” which acknowledged the copyright article by Joe Davis before and after he died in 19-78.

Congratulations Sir on being awarded the BBC new DG. All the best to  you and yours and a Happy and Healthy New Year. Daniel Marner@mrheyyoutwitterfacebookandyahoo.

Dear Sir Tony Hall: Please state if the "Conspiracy of Silence" to shelter the Big Names in snooker will continue?
