Dear Clive Everton and Terry Griffiths.
Good morning! I assume lads it will be another week of “Devious Dealings” for you both and the continuous profit making or stealing from gullible people.
These little reminders dear lads are brought to the fore by your sheer audacity to think that stealing the “Thoughts and Words” from the Joe Davis grave would be over looked and actually condoned and now sadly encouraged by World Snooker.
Steve Davis the wonderful multi times World Champion was wrong to ally himself to you’re under hand scheme Terry as you are selling merchandise (Coaching Diplomas) that have copyright status.
It should be recorded that Mr Joe Davis MBE (Died 19-78) did Not sell his copyright therefore Joe’s widow June should have had the top negotiation spot at the “Tobacco Table” during snookers twenty odd lucrative years.
Joe’s copyright was monopolised long before Joe’s widow June who died in a nursing home only a few years ago.
The great man died before the “Tobacco Period” but June his widow lived through the tobacco period and the Sir Rodney Walker Chairmanship without being aware of the absence of copyright status or permission.
There’s a story here that should be told lads and maybe should be settled in a court of law before the next Snooker Television screening.
My great concern Terry/Clive is that the WPBSA and BBC TV may allow you to steal the “Fine Art” copyright before I am even IN my grave. Daniel Marner@mrheyyoutwitterfacebookandyahoo
