Ronnie O Sullivan should be a 20/1 multi joint favourite as there are at least 20 players have the same technical ability as Ronnie. Snooker is really a copycat game created by more and more dull practice.

Ronnie loves playing entertaining snooker and is handicapped every match by opponents that never bother to entertain but to win at any cost and basically are cheating the viewers.

Ronnie would be hot favourite if he had a Judd Trump style of player every round as Judd also loves playing to an appreciative gallery.

How are you lad! My sincere apologises for the misunderstanding but I know that there is a “Conspiracy of Silence” against the “Fine Art” copyright. Most of my contacts are warned or bought off by Clive Everton Terry Griffith and the WPBSA.

Please realise! That infringing Copyright is a criminal offence. Any person can claim copyright if there words to describe the subject story or mystery is original.

Professional Snooker is embarrassed that the UK has a dozen or so ex-world champions plus Chief Coaches but not one written word on the art of coaching worthy of copyright status.

In theory Simon every student that paid for snooker coaching or cue sports can claim there coaching fees back with damages and interest.

The talk of auctions Simon was the main reason I offered my books and DVD for all snooker buffs to make an open bid for something new in snooker coaching plus helping out in a good cause.

There is not a Snooker Authority that can legally “Sell” or award Coaching Certificates except the book owner/author of "Snooker: The Fine Art Copyright Method".

Though Professional Snooker is about 100 years old it is really still in its infancy on understanding the various branches of “Snooker Technique”.

Mr Joe Davis wrote snooker’s first book" Improve Your Snooker" and claiming “Copyright” on the Joe Davis specific way to play snooker to an advance standard.

The “Fine Art” method is the only Copyright Alternative to the Joe Davis original book of 19-36. The "Fine Art"  also claims the Copyright status to pool and all cue sports. The cue action detailed in the “Fine Art” books covers all cue sports worldwide.

I didn't know you were a snooker player lad till I've read about you selling your cue for this worthy cause. If I had known Simon I would have put some conditions on the sale or sent a cash donation instead.

My claim to copyright Simon is honest and true or I would be charged with the crime of plagiarism; to steal the thoughts and words of another. I have offered the "Fine Art" method repeatedly to WPBSA and others but without reply.

How are you lad! The York game was not a classic final but I think Shaun Murphy played his Final the previous round against the youngster Luca from Belgium. Snooker has got so predictable with a sameness in shot play and so devoid of finesse. 

You are right lad! You need practice. Try breaking away from the usual dull routine of practising only with fellow professionals. You can’t possible improve lad as the top twenty players have reached the same maximum ability as yourself.

Snooker practice should be finding the answer to the "Unexpected miss" which saddle's all players. And detecting, the many successful faults that are actually "Practised", as they are hidden in a 5 out of 6 or 7 success rate.

The book commercially is probable worth about £5. But in snooker coaching and teaching it has great value being copyright and should be offered worldwide in auction including China and the US.

How are you sir! Snooker the game is not copyright but how to teach and explain (In words) the game to an advance standard has copyright status. Snooker’s first book “Improve Your Snooker” was written by Mr Joe Davis and published in 19-36.

Joe Davis wrote many books post the 19-39 war on coaching snooker and registered copyright in all his library books.

Joe Davis died in 19-78 before the boom on snooker coaching and June Davis his wife and heir died twenty years later.

Snooker The Fine Art Copyright was written in 19-80s as an “alternative” to the Joe Davis method not a replacement; when snooker caching had no commercial value.

Pro Snooker became big business with the disappearance of the Joe Davis copyright in the early nineties when “Someone” declared the Joe Davis method Null and Void.  Every 20 break man became a bandit coach using the Joe Davis library books.

The “Fine Art” method was offered to World Snooker by mail many times but without reply. Mr Barry Hearn the Big boss now rules snooker with intimidation like the American gangsters of old.

How are you folks! My effort to keep the lovely game clean is gathering interest and especially in twitter and facebook as I have lost touch with yahoo.

  

Barry Hearns offer to the gambling industry to “Police” wrong doers vigorously in match fixing could be illegal as he must now punish “Vigorously” misdemeanours or he is showing bias and/or discrimination.

By the police transferring there lawful duties to Barry is tantamount to the police allowing vigilantes and other serious crime; but is it only to private organisations connected to BBC programmes and other TV channels.

Granted the police in Scotland took over three years with there “Inquires” over alleged “Match Fixing” before Barry took charge with a solution.

How are you sir! I think your wrong about Ronnie O Sullivan. The lad is a bit of a rebel but still in love with the game.

Ronnie is struggling with the game and wondering why the entertainment value is missing from snooker generally and his own game in particular.

Ronnie has experienced that “Feeling” when the standing ovation for his game had nothing to do with “Victory” but the sheer entertainment value in the success.

The lad knows he could be a multi times champion like Steve and Hendry who were commercially driven and never considered the “Entertainment” value to television viewers.

The Roar of the Crucible crowds and praise from “we” snooker addicts is like a wonderful “Burial” each year filled with false promises.

Steve Davis and Stephen Hendry had an unfair advantage over Ronnie as they never had to entertain any one just grind out wins and often to empty seats.

The place is packed out every time Ronnie plays and the lad “Worries” that he may not give value for money as few opponents have ever played “Entertaining Snooker”.

Ronnie is searching for “The Reason” for a missed pot other than the platitudes and silly reasons like carelessness given by TV commenter.

Snooker is riddled with the 4 out of 5 syndrome. Many “Specific” shots that are missed one in five. Without this fault most frames would be a total clearance.

Stephen Lee is a victim of discrimination and bias and should refuse to be tried by this "kangaroo court" of felons who's purpose is to fulfil an agreement with the gambling sponsors.

The lad should demand to know the exact date when the WPBSA decided to prosecute snooker "Wrong Doers" instead of first, a trial in the Civil Courts.

Stephen's trial is basically to protect Barry's Hearn's 51% of all the "Gambling" sponsors that demand heavy punishment and protection against possible losses.

If Mr Lee has committed a felony he should be allowed to continue "Working" as in the John Higgins case or the verdict in a civil court.

The ignoring the Joe Davis Copyright by Terry Griffith and Clive Everton was a criminal offence but condoned by the WPBSA the BBC and the Police proves discrimination. Daniel Marner@mrheyyoutwitterfacebookandyahoo.


Snooker Corruption is condoned and made "Respectable" mainly by the BBC TV the WPBSA and sadly by the Police by transferring there legal power to World Snooker's discretion. In any sport an alleged criminal act must first tried in open court before "In House" misdemeanour's.

How are you! About the “Fine Art” coaching DVDs! They were offered to Clive Everton free to publish in Snooker Scene many years ago. (Video and Articles)

Apparently Mr Everton only deals in pirate DVDs etc and would not entertain “Snooker The Fine Art Method as it holds the worlds only copyright on coaching.

Please understand dear ole Clive’s dilemma; a copyright version of coaching would “Out sell” his illegal side of the business and reduce income from the pirate DVDs.

For the record lad if you choose to copy a Joe Davis book on coaching Clive will advertise your book or DVD without questioning Copyright.

Please note lad while reputable firms like the BBC/TV Sky, and Eurosport TV employ these bandits it gives creditability to infringing copyright material.

There are of course some honest people in snooker but sadly they were “Very Quiet” and never asked questions when the Joe Davis Copyright Disappeared.

How are you sir! Your task by Chairman Jason Ferguson to unravel the “Conspiracy of corrupt Silence” within professional snooker is daunting.

Your brief sir is to “Inquire” into the allegations against Jimmy Michie. I sincerely hope Mr Douglas that your enquires include other players and not singled Jimmy as a scapegoat as he is purported in print to carry some baggage.

The “Fine Art” method wishes you good luck sir but also suggests you seek the help of the Police Complaints Department as former misdemeanour's may actually be serious crimes.

The disappearance of the Joe Davis copyright was probable hijacked by Clive and Terry to create snookers first coaching school and selling off diplomas.

The “Fine Art” method would like assurance from W/S that the Fine Art “Copyright Status” will be observed and not compromised or stolen by Clive Everton and Terry Griffiths as the Joe Davis copyright method has wilfully experienced since the early nineteen nineties.

The book Snooker The Fine Art Method was written over twenty years ago as an alternative as an alternative; not a replacement to the Joe Davis books on “Snooker Coaching.

The coaching alternatives like plots in a mystery are many and definitely different in concept as well as the written word.  

Please allow the SPA trade union to monitor and censure any alleged wrong doers but not having to answer to unelected Policemen and Judges.

How are you gentlemen! I think your posts are tinged with bias plus a touch of discrimination as there are worst crimes than being greedy.

John  Higgins 

John Higgings alleged offence was old fashioned greed. He didn't steal from anyone from within the game yet he is lambasted at every turn.

For the record gentlemen I personally can’t think of a more ridiculous excuse for his (On camera) action and why he didn't think up a better “Whopper”.

But! The point remains that the Chairman, the noble Judge, the ex-police chief and the other board members let him off with a “Fine” that should have been made publicly to a charity.

John and Steve Davis as President together created the new players union SPA and the first person that should have helped John was Steve his Shop Steward.

Steve has delegated that job to another person but no mention of a fellow pro amongst the new SPA trade union membership.

A Shop Steward on a generous pay and possible expenses from World Snooker or any boss is out of character with normal of trade union policy.

I am only stating facts gentlemen but World Snooker has become as Barry has said “Dictator Friendly” and probable in time become World Matchroom Snooker friendly. Mr Hey You

Dear Mr Cosicave and Glynut.

How are you lads! Ronnie O was the first player ever to demand that the game of snooker needed entertainment or the lovely game will die.

Ronnie of course meant the Pro’ game as the “Game with a pint” will never die. About Alex Higgins! He brought excitement and controversy to the game, not always entertainment.

The bold Alex sadly believed in his own “Hype” and lived for many years on that wonderful break in fifty two against Jimmy White.

For the record lads that break was entertaining through the excitement created by a sequence of wonderful shots that consistently failed as the cue ball went astray.

That Video or clip by Alex will be played this year 20-11 again at the Crucible and possible in forty years time as a kind of snooker novelty but not as a branch of  “Snooker Technique”.

I can’t remember how many shots Alex played but the clip will take pride of place in future coaching schools as comparisons and how NOT to “Break build”.

Please do not misunderstand lads! I followed Alex in the eighties on tours with Jimmy White and Tony Knowles and Alex was always entertaining with or without the “hat”.

No one will ever know how that wonder break was manufactured but to the future coaches and teachers of “Positional Play” in snooker it will be “Analysed” correctly as the continuous failure of finding the “Correct Addresses” and “Guessing” wrongly the pace of the strike.
