The Selling and coaching of the Joe Davis copyright by Terry Griffiths and Clive Everton has been intentionally over looked by the older players and coaches to grab there share. The younger players are not interested in copyright and never heard of Joe Davis.

  How are you lad! You are wrong to withdraw your appeal but being deserted by the SPA union you had no choice lad but you should have had representation by the union if only in "Mitigation".
  
  Your appeal Joe should have been on "Bias" and discrimination. Your plea Joe should not be on colour prejudice but the favouritism shown to Terry Griffiths (Chief Coach) and Clive Everton for unlawfully selling the Joe Davis (Copyright) method on coaching snooker to honest students.
  
  There seems to be a BBC "Conspiracy of Silence" fellowship over the Joe Davis missing copyright that exists mostly for ex-World Champions in Hazels Corner.
