Clive Everton and Terry Griffiths: It is sad but true that "The Voice of Snooker" and the "Chief Coach" have never written anything on Snooker Technique worthy of copyright status. Please admit lads that Joe Davis was not fraud and you copied and sold the great man's work. DM

Dear Ms Maeve Lynch of BBC
How are you! I presume you have taken official instructions concerning the BBC policy of employing felons to front this Saturday’s snooker tournament in York?

Personally I am in a dilemma as I am positive the tournament should be postponed until the missing Joe Davis copyright is settled in court.

Though the alleged coaching bandits I named may want to contest my personal allegations it must be decided in court or your silence must mean acceptance.

Coaching snooker from the Joe Davis library books was wrong without first seeking written permission from Joe Davis or Joe’s Widow and heir June Davis the then copyright holder was in it self a felony.

The fact that Stephen Hendry the seven times world Snooker Champion went to China to coach Pool proves fear of copyright infringement.
.
Stephen ignored the fact that the “Fine Art” also claims copyright status for all cue sports as the same original “Words” cover all cue sports.

It is amazing Ms Lynch if not contrived the proof of copyright you David and Ms Hilditch require and demand of “The Fine Art Snooker Method”.

The demand to prove copyright (If any) came from Ms Hilditch in an eight point questionnaire which was satisfactory answered.

About bandits and felons! Last night your employee Neil Foulds on Sky TV with Clive Everton told the world that; “There’s always a reason why shots are missed” as if he had some inner knowledge.

The above quote by Neil is from the “Fine Art” method but includes some of the reasons with detail why an easy pot or shot is unsuccessful.

A great consolation for you Ms Lynch is the BBC “Bean counting policy” only affects the dear ole Licence Payer.

My consolation is the E mails I've sent and the PC is really the DNA proof of truth and accuracy.

I'm sad Ms Lynch that you have aligned yourself with snookers corrupt Integrity Unite and Barry Hearn. Joe Davis was not a fraud and deserved better. Good luck lass. Daniel Marner@mrheyyoutwitterfacebookandyahoo
