Dear Mr Paul Mount 
How are you sir! Your wonderful SWSA front with emphasises on charity must be commended but sadly is being used as a vehicle to wrongly promote coaching snooker as a lawful and respectable business.

Being a successful  business man Mr Mount you must know the importance of copyright law. The worlds commerce operates successfully only on observing a copyright.

Mr Joe Davis introduced Snooker Copyright with his book "Improve Your Snooker" in 19-36 followed by many post war books. The game is not copyright but the words on how to play snooker to an advance standard has copyright status. 

Please ask Mr Terry Griffiths the self appointed "Chief Snooker Coach" and Clive Everton the publisher for some written permission from Mr Joe Davis the authority to sell coaching certificates and diplomas. 

Or written permission from Mrs June Davis (Wife and heir) to Joe's copyright who sadly died in an old folks nursing home many years after the great man's demise in 19-78. 

It was a filthy act by Terry and W/S to cooperate you and your charity, and family into a life time of crime probable to share blame and lighten possible sanctions in a court of law. Daniel
