There is no governing body “Anywhere” that has the legal authority to award “Coaching Certificates" or sell diplomas in the art of “Snooker Coaching” accept the "Fine Art" copyright method.

Whether they call themselves the “ABC” coaching School the “XYZ” School or the “Do Ray Me” Academy of Snooker Learning.

You Sir can appoint and sell your own signed "Snooker Coaches Certificates" to overseas students with the same “Legal” authority as World Champions Terry Griffiths, Steve Davis or Stephen Hendry.
