Please remember Ms Caroline! It was an eight point questionnaire from YOU by E mail that demanded I prove (If any) my claim to copyright status.

My proof of copyright was sent by E mail to you at the BBC; plus showing my ISBN book number.

If you and the BBC choose to employ these alleged copyright felons to front the Crucible Championship it should be made public to licence holders.

The BBC policy of hiding big names should apply to all alleged criminals not just the on going News of the World people and Jimmy Savile saga.

The BBC is in danger of showing bias and discrimination; therefore creating a possibly “Legal Precedent” that can be exploited in future.
