This suited Clive and Terry having others to share the blame if June Davis the great mans widow decided to sue and prosecute for infringing Joe’s copyright.

June Davis (Heir) in her nineties was ignored by the “Tobacco” people by the   BBC, W/S and the many coaching bandits.

How are you Sir! Snooker as TV entertainment is dead and on the verge of being a minority sport. Only the snooker addicts like us can sometimes hear breathing.
The Pro’ game got what it deserved by lying back during the tobacco period that continually failed to break even (Financially) for twenty odd years.

The game is going backwards mister Truth with the silly Q School idea of registering more and more snooker players and dull coaches.
Truthfully Mr Truth if the Q school created four out of five students as centuries break players it would send the game back still further.

How the game is played is the problem not the skill and efficiency of the players which couldn't be higher but played with a sameness and dullness like watching last year’s TV snooker.
You are correct that the game is “Elitist” and in time will be played with poise and “Finesse” and played by women with a timing and tempo similar to ball room dancing.

It is a sad fact that snooker players are happy by accomplishment but shun learning the basics that creates the “Accomplishment”.

You are wrong dear Sir! I have had more than one offer for “The Fine Art Method” but as this is not an E Bay website I wont discuss the depths or the conditions of the offers as it may be used as an excuse or reasons by some frightened members to exclude my website.

For the record Mr Sick about snooker! Coaching snooker is in its infancy, but because century breaks are made hourly by club players in practice the game is considered “Completely Mastered”.
Snooker professionals are an unusual form of vain animaloy that thinks that no one can teach ME,ME ME anything.

The same ME thinking amongst champions also includes; “If there is something NEW in snooker” I positively as a world champ would have thought of it.

Snooker as a game is not saleable Sir! As no player has added one copyright article or a branch of snooker technique to the Joe Davis books on coaching.

It may surprise you Mr Sick that all snooker and pool coaching disks are only accepted by Pirate websites. The genuine and reputable sites demand an assurance of copyright ownership unlike the Sheffield Academy or the bandit coaching school in Wales.

Is the science of "Ball" movement a completed subject? The "Mechanics of the Balls" and the "Physics in sport" are lost in the big picture of sport. The fact that balls cannot roll but are made rounded only to reflect a bounce against gravity when in motion.

The Science in Elementary Physics has given an illusion of a ball rolling as opposed to the fact that "Balls" really perform more like a missile or a cube without corners when in motion.

There are many sports that could be improved considerably by adopting this knowledge. The F-A in football teaches and demands a standard of efficiency for qualified coaches but completely ignore the knowledge that the balls cannot roll and are rounded missiles.

The other omission by the Football Association is there failure to instruct or inform players that a ball must not be struck below Middle or it will become airborne. Coaching technique is really in the detail.

Other sports like Golf especially in "Putting" could gain on the "Mechanics of the Balls"! But snooker, pool and all cue sports worldwide would gain most as the only copyright coaching method in Snooker.

Sadly the BBC and World Snooker disbelieve the concept that balls only Skid and spin and have made on live TV various attempts; the last by Ken Doherty with spotted balls to ridicule the skidding ball concept. How are you lad! Thanks for the e-mail. Your suggestion to television a frame of the girls playing snooker to an advance is a great idea but sadly a futile request.

Women's snooker wont get TV attention till you have representation on a W/S board. I understand your frustration Mark but nothing will change till the ladies game breaks free completely from the WPBSA. 

Women's "Gear" and "Cosmetics" are bigger in sponsorships than the revenue from Tobacco advertising which started TV snooker.This market Mark is almost untouched in ladies sport.

A sport without physical effort and sweat is a sponsors dream especially in cosmetics. The next venue of Ladies Snooker should be pre visited and offered advertising space with the names of the local shops and businesses.

Advertising the local businesses was normal at tournaments before Barry took over and made the rules to suit his 51% of all Commercial Rights. Now there is probable a ban for on all WPBSA members self advertising to suit Barry.

You could easily get a sponsor Mark if you choose the most generous of the local "Betting Shop" but that may frighten off other sponsors for the future?

How are you sir! In reply to one of my tweets you suggested; the fact that balls cannot “Roll” has no bearing on the game of snooker or any other game.

My short reply that I had “copyright status” was measured by the160 characters restrictions set by twitter. I feel now that a detailed answer is due.

Starting with Snooker! The fact that balls cannot “Roll” and cannot be made to “Roll” would change the primitive method of coaching the game.

Student should be told that balls in motion performs like cubes without corners and will always skid but the cue ball will spin also if addressed off centre.

The cue ball is moved by the “Thrust Force” of the cue tip and may appear to always roll but really can only roll the length of its own circumference before become stationar

How are you both! The chief talking point in the “Masters” was the collapse of Stuart Bigham and Judd Trump snooker’s ranked number one player.

Reading the reasons and excuses is very interesting but not one coach or champion player/coach was near accuracy on the many opinions.

The professional critics with there talk of “Pressure” and “Concentration” are nearly right but really frauds and TV con-men. The reason for the pressure etc is never explained or analysed in detail.

The first lesson is the fact that “Nobody” can think two “Thoughts” at once. Therefore Pot and Position as two separate shots is a myth and the way to prove and over come this concept.

The long pot is often blamed for failure but can be explained in detail as opposed to long hours of practice that has to be repeated tomorrow

Your brazen attempt on BBC TV to show viewers how to strike the cue ball correctly was pathetic and wrong in snooker technique.

Your “Thrust” through the ball is infringing copyright and a blatant attempt to defy the exclusive rights of the “Fine Art” method

About striking the cue ball Steve! You merely showed some “Successful” faults in your cue action and strike pattern.

The main fault without explanation is how to keep the snooker cue straight from the obtuse angle of the back swing.

The pendulum stroke you showed Steve is a motion of two equals that is going up or coming down but never ever level.

The reason that “Go through the ball” “Drive through the ball” “Spear the Ball” was introduced was simply because Balls don’t roll so required a different cue action.

On a level surface balls always skid and spin also, if addressed off centre until the thrust force by the cue tip is exhausted.

How are you lad! Your Daily Star article on 16/01/13 is 100% wrong concerning footballers though maybe naïve in snooker content.
 Professional Snooker is the most fraudulent game or sport in the UK and possible in the world today and because “Some” players declare fouls on themselves does not make the pro’ game less corrupt.
 The BBC sadly is fully aware of the corrupt activities but maintain there “Conspiracy of Silence” policy to shelter “Big Names”.
The disappearance of the Joe Davis © coaching methods have been sold by Terry Griffith worldwide but has never warranted sanction or an inquiry.
 The World Snooker “Integrity Unite” is possible the most deceitful branch since Mr Nigel Mawer took charge after the Mr David Douglas’s short stay.
 As an uneducated writer on snooker technique I e-mailed the Integrity Unite offering   endorsements to three players and sought there addresses as required from the players Bristol post box?
 My request was being considered by Me Nigel Mawer the W/S regulator but no reply or appoligy. For some reason my computer was hacked immediately after these exchanges of two years e-mails.

How ow are you lad!  The e mail links I gave you are real and lawfully correct. I am afraid my computer has been hacked again.

The Hacking is very suffocated Colin and gives my PC the impression that my E mail has gone through.

The main culprits are the World Snooker “Integrity Unite” with the full cooperation of the BBC plus Clive Everton and Terry Griffith.

I think my mail is getting through but they see it first and can alter the concepts.

Professional Snooker is the most fraudulent game or sport in the UK and possible in the world today and because “Some” players declare fouls on themselves does not make the pro’ game less corrupt.

 The BBC sadly is fully aware of the corrupt activities but maintain there “Conspiracy of Silence” policy to shelter “Big Names”.

As an uneducated writer on snooker technique I e-mailed the Integrity Unite offering   endorsements to three players and sought there addresses as required from the players Bristol post box?

My request was being considered by Me Nigel Mawer the W/S regulator but no reply or apology. For some reason my computer was hacked immediately after these exchanges of two years e-mails.

How are you lad! You are right about the decline of professional Snooker and as a game rivals only Snakes and Ladders and Ludo.

The fact that that the game has some multi million pound players still playing and still active in snooker not one millionaire has invested in snooker tournaments.

Snooker may never rival football and other big money sports but it could surpass the lucrative “Tobacco Period” of the 19-80s and nineties by harnessing the revenue from “Bandits” that coach copyright snooker without an annual permit.

Coaching bandits in the UK alone take over a million pounds out of the game each year simply by ignoring the Joe Davis copyright. Coaching can only be enforced legally with copyright status.

One “Snooker Coach” from each town in the UK paying a mere £100 for an annual permit would create a multi million pound “Coaching Industry” that could lease Copyright to all cue sports and countries worldwide.

Neither snooker nor any Cue Sport is copyright but the words and expressions used to coach to an advance standard have “Copyright Status” if original.

The Joe Davis library books on coaching are very limited and the reason for so many so called "Coaches". Snooker The Fine Art Method offers something new with copyright and "Legal Status".

Last night on TV you discussed with a BBC authority, snooker technique and the differences in cue action, length of back swing etc. You mentioned Steve the new “Go through the ball” strike as if it was public snooker property that you have always known. This is not true!

I also reprimanded Clive and Terry for selling off coaching diplomas without reminding overseas students that the copyright belongs to Joe Davis an Englishman. I thought Clive was wrong to allow Terry to create a “Diplomas for Sale” family business. The voice of snooker should be impartial and informed all members (if legal) the right to enjoy this selling perk.

 It is amazing Steve that the “Don’t forget to follow through” has not been heard for many years and was the bases of coaching, plus “its all trial and error” and “keep your head still”. Going through the ball is a contradiction of the follow through, yet Clive uses them both plus a recommended long back swing for various lengths of screw backs in Basic Skills.  

The Fine Art method is free to copy but not for commercial use or to enhance a reputation. Please inform your employers that snooker the Fine Art method of coaching is an alternative to the Joe Davis copyright not a replacement. Written permission may be obtained on request.
