The Fine Art Method would willingly start the financial ball rolling if all snooker coaches were ordered by W/S to pay a small annual fee of 3 or 4% but only from “Profits” for a © coaching permit.
The concept will be offered to other Countries to set up a worldwide coaching industry with copyright hire to legally control membership.
