Dear Stephen
How are you lad! Are you aware that Clive Everton the editor of Snooker Scene is now involving you indirectly in the theft of the Joe Davis copyright in the art of coaching?
Please ask Clive or a share holder for written assurances that he (Clive) will take the full burden of responsibly legally and financially for all damages or claims.
The damages Stephen will be to a person’s reputation the claims will be financial. Mr Clive Everton as the “Voice of Snooker “had a fiduciary duty to inform snooker members and the WPBSA that he was declaring the Joe Davis books and copyright “Null and Void” but forgot or ignored the copyright status for financial gain.
The Joe Davis copyright disappeared to allow Terry Griffiths and family to be the first club to openly advertise “Snooker Coaching”.
Without permission from the WPBSA other snooker players saw the potential in coaching and assumed that Clive as the “Voice of Snooker” had permission from Sir Rodney and the board.
For the record Stephen the “Fine Art Method” has an assurance that no permission was given to Clive or Terry Griffiths to ignore the Joe Davis copyright.
Clive has created an advertising outlet for the pirate DVDs and Terry and family is selling off illegal coaching diplomas to innocent and honest students.
The sad point Stephen is that Barry; the Noble Judge, Ex-chief copper, Steve Davis and the other board members are fully aware but silent on this scam.
Until Clive and Terry are tried or sanctioned the Disciplinary System has been at a standstill except there seems to be a very strict policy against Chinese players. Daniel Marner@mrheyyoutwitterfacebookblogger.
