How are you lad! Is it true the SPA has demanded a financial share from the World Snooker funds to claim the same rights as other Trade Unions? Being allowed a "Union Desk" in Barry’s Hearn's office didn’t seem a very democratic idea.

Remember the Hearn pledge when Barry was begging for votes: "Transparency" and "Complete Honesty" in all matters. This vote winner was a complete and blatant lie to steal votes and infer that Sir Rodney was not open and honest.

The SPA should realise there strength now as they are going to be the biggest trade union in the world as area union branches are no longer necessary with the www and internet use to keep all "Cue Sport" members posted on there rights and obligations.

With the hiring of copyright to control coaching by bandits; all Pool and Cue Sports associations will share equally by controlling and creating the new "Coaching Industry".

How are you sir! As a past trade unionist I would like to help both practically and financially the SPA and creating a snooker players pension fund.
The above book (plus a new edition) was published 25 years ago and carries the sports only copyright method.

You will be told sir conflicting reports about the "Fine Art" method but whether you are interested or not the new edition will be on sale before Christmas.
As you know Les The coaching game is a multimillion pound industry (If Controlled) and financially greater than the Tobacco subsides of old.

The book will advertise the hire of an annual coaching permit to any player on trust to teach  snookers only copyright method.
Paying for Snookers only "Copyright" method will question the right of any player coaching without copyright status.

This in turn Les will give each and every "Fine Art" coach the right to sue all bandit coaches for infringement of trade and earnings.
Snooker is not copyright Les but the words used to teach snooker to advance standard has copyright status.

There will be a 65 minute DVD on sale with the "Fine Art" book or the DVD and book can be purchased without the right to coach.
One student from each town in the UK alone will create the same return as the Tobacco sponsors.

It is wrong Terry to introduce "Corrupt Snooker" into Hong Kong. Joe Davis was not a Fraud claiming copyright status.

I think you both have gone too far introducing Corruption into Hong Kong Snooker. I suppose it is a repeat of you selling diplomas Terry, and Clive’s corrupt magazine selling the Pirate DVDs in Snooker Scene.

Your greed has no bounds Clive/Terry and almost as bad as drug selling addicts promoting narcotics to create more trade and misery hoping others to share blame.

It’s obvious that Barry, the noble Judge, Steve Davis and the other board members are being kept “Sweet” or getting a cut of the spoils.

The silence of the SPA the players trade union and the many pro players on pay is deafening by the fear of intimidation mixed with greed.

How are you lad! As Mr Nigel Mawer the W/S regulater has rejected Ronnie O Sullivan, Mark Williams and Young Mark Allen as unsuitable for a life long endorsement; is there a special list I can choose from Paul?

Does Nigel moniter all players for criminal behavour Paul or does he still have access to Police Files. Or favourite players to give endorsements to?

As the "Fine Art" method would like to have a choice for the endorcement of the coaching DVDs would you please send Nigels recommended lists.

How are you sir! It’s very difficult to convey clearly a comprehensive answer within the 160 words of twitter.

Yes I have a book on the art of “Snooker Coaching” and also a DVD showing how the game should be played; with style timing and tempo as opposed to the dull sameness seen by almost every pro player.

My first book “Snooker The Fine Art Method” ISBN 0 9517089 0 2 was written in the mid eighties as an “Alternative” to the Joe Davis library books.

Please remember Colin that coaching snooker commercially was unheard of and all professional players moaned daily when shacking hands with the winner “What am I doing Wrong” as nobody understood “Snooker Technique”. Though club players  could make Century Breaks often.

My second book of the same name is only an extension; but with more detail plus some coloured sexy photos to attract lady players.

Dear Mr O Sullivan.
My offer of a multi million pound endorsement to front my “Fine Art” book and coaching DVD still stands. I was very surprised that Mr Nigel Mawer rejected you as my first choice.

It seems strange Ronnie that an Ex policeman dictates who is worthy of a snooker sponsorship but that apparently is the new rules of World Snooker.

I asked the W/S Integrity Unite for the E Mail addresses of three players; Ronnie O, MJW and Mark Allen but sadly told that Mr Nigel Mawer the “Regulator” would give all players consideration but sadly;y no reply and my last two years Emails hacked.

I am sorry if any player’s private life has been questioned, but that is the new rule and the specific job of Mr Mawer.
It seems strange that our noble Judge and board member was not used to defend the professional players. (What is his purpose)? Mr Hey You

My interest is Snooker and a new way to coach the game but I am thwarted at every turn by W/S and particularly by Clive Everton and Terry Griffiths.

If you are aged 25 or younger you will not be aware that coaching snooker commercial is only 20 years old and unheard of as a viable business.
The coaching game is fiercely fought for and is now bigger financially than the long lost tobacco subsides of the 19-80s that created dozens of Snooker millionaires

In the early eighties “The Fine Art” author realised that the Joe Davis (library) books on Snooker was “Limited” and in many aspects of coaching was wrong.
So the “Fine Art” wrote snookers second coaching method specifically to claim a coaching copyright and offer choice to snooker and pool players worldwide.

Joe Davis reinvented snooker and was the first person to claim Copyright status on coaching snooker (the game) to advance standard.
Snooker The Fine Art © was not to replace Joe’s method but an “Alternative” with many new branches of snooker technique.

Clive Everton and Terry Griffiths blatantly adopted the Joe Davis method when “The Fine Art” author  repeatedly refused to concede copyright some twenty plus years ago.

There is no Snooker Authority that can legally “Sell” or award Coaching Certificates except the book owner/author of "Snooker: The Fine Art Copyright Method".

Though Professional Snooker is about 100 years old it is really still in its infancy and without understanding the various branches of “Snooker Technique”.

Mr Joe Davis wrote snooker’s first books claiming “Copyright” on the Joe Davis specific way to coach snooker to an advance standard.

The “Fine Art” method is the only Copyright Alternative to the Joe Davis original of 19-36. The "Fine Art" also claims the Copyright status to pool and cue sports worldwide.

Dear John Higgins (You should be barred from praying at Park-head).

How are you lad! Your idea of a Trade Union for snooker professionals was the beginning of something great but you should have got some advice from other Trade Unions.

Barry Hearn co-ops all kind of "Outsiders" to his administration as Board Members; so the SPA UNION should do likewise as no alleged "Wrong Doer" has been defended by the players union but convicted on the unsubstantiated words of a Nigel Mawer of the Integrity unite.

The members should be aware that Nigel Mawer is an ex trouble shooter from Matchroom Darts. Why didn't Barry's noble judge defend the lads with some mitigation?
