How are you sir! I would prefer to write to you personally as there are so many devious people in your employee concerning the televising of professional snooker.
Your help or staff Ms Caroline Hilditch and Mr David Sant demanded that I prove my claim to having Copyright Status on coaching snooker to an advance standard. The reason for the eight point questionnaire by E mail was not a reply to me but for no reason a demand I prove my copyright.
Ms Caroline Hilditch refused to name the person that ordered her to query my copyright claim?
Mr David Sant in turn phoned my home and E mailed for further confirmation of my copyright status and gave me argument that the BBC was not liable.
My book “Snooker The Fine Art Method” was distributed to family and friends worldwide and public libraries in the Yorkshire area showing the copyright symbol. The book was really written as a “Jam Tomorrow” possibility as snooker coaching was unheard of commercially.
The “Fine Art” was printed as an Alternative to the Joe Davis Copyright and not a replacement or substitute. I merely pointed out in a snooker article that the Joe and June Davis method still had copyright status for seventy more years after June died in 19-98.
I also pointed out sir that the BBC book “Pot Black” ISBN 0 905812 73 2 was being ignored though acknowledged that the coaching article written by Joe Davis had copyright status. DanielMarner@mrheyyoutwitterfacebookyahoo
