Dear Ms Maeve Lynch
How are you! I am genuine sorry that it has got to D Day minus two with a no change of policy on postponing the York tournament.
The “Jam tomorrow” inducement by Clive (consultant) must be very strong to gamble with your reputation and livelihood.

I have no idea if you are a rookie or very experienced Solicitor Ms Lynch but the bail out action of David Sant and Caroline Hilditch does not reflect experience or wisdom.

A signed agreement by Barry Hearn of Matchroom (Not W/S) to cover the entire bean counting expense should be the minimum safety net for your employers. I sincerely hope Ms Maeve that I have my day in court to hear your mitigation.

Terry and Clive are in serious trouble on plagiarism as there is not an excuse for infringing copyright including an old “Precedence in Law” or old Library book showing a © sign.

Especially as Clive Everton was your snooker consultant on the BBC “Pot Black” book in 19-75 or the 19-82 reprints.
I recall that the great Joe Davis was your adviser on a billiard dispute when Joe was reinventing snooker for publication to the millions.

A question Ms Lynch you should ask your employee Terry Griffiths; why was his club in Wales called “Matchroom” is the club part of the Barry Hearn enterprises?

A reminder Ms Maeve! I can show the E mail offering the “Fine Are” to W/S and Barry Hearn the E mails to Clive Everton to buy advertising space but always ignored.

My first letter to Terry Griffiths was answered by long hand stating no interest in coaching which I still have but no replies in E mails from Barry or Clive.

It seems obvious now that copyright ownership to expand Matchroom Sports is really what the BBC is also in favour of.

Best regards Ms Lynch. I sincerely hope that you find the courage to expose the corrupt felons that are fronting BBC snooker. Daniel Marner@mrheyyoutwitterfacebookandyahoo
