How are you lass! I am sorry you have joined the Clive Everton's "Conspiracy of Silence"  Now about copyright here is the answer to a few more questions on Copyright that you should have asked. 

I think you are giving licence and credibility to all Snooker World Champion "Gong" holders as if sheltering criminals from exposure is if sheltered by the Queen; not just the BBC policy on silency. DM

The "Fine Art"book book was written in the eighties as an Alternative to the Joe Davis library books on teaching and coaching snooker to an advance standard.

Coaching snooker commercially was unheard of until the twenties when the Matchroom Club was opened for coaching by Mr Terry Griffiths.

Mr Terry Griffiths an ex world champion was invited earlier to share the “Fine Art” but declined by letter.

The Fine Art Method was written principle to claim Copyright Status and to give choice to snooker and pool players worldwide.

Coaching started when Joe Davis wrote his first book “Improve Your Snooker” in October 19-36 but didn't become popular till after the 19/45 war.

Joe Davis wrote many books and articles on both snooker and billiards after the war years and started to show the Copyright Symbol. The Joe Davis book and coaching method could be borrowed in all public libraries.

Joe Davis died in 19-78 without his copyright being violated. It’s presumed that Joe’s wife June was his heir and died 19-98.

The “Fine Art” book was distributed far and wide to collectors plus a few dozen to the Hull public library. Goole library was award some Fine Art books from Hull

Snooker Balls cannot be made to “Roll”. The balls in motion always skid and if addressed off centre “Spin” also in that axis whether 2 to 8 or 10 to 4.

Balls move only by Thrust Force of the cue whether addressed middle, top, bottom, right or left of centre. A ball may Roll the length of its circumference “Once”.

The dome shape of both Cue Tip and Cue ball creates “Centre Striking” every time but only by the outer edge of the Cue Tip. A strike immediately above cloth may move the Cue Ball without Centre Strike.
