How are you both! The Jimmy Savil case proves the devious people that are encouraging (by silence) criminal acts.

The criminal act of “Borrowing” copyright on snooker coaching only deserves reporting as a criminal act; but proves the policy of the BBC to shelter big names and “gong holders”.

The BBC Pot Black book ISBN 0907812 73 2 clearly acknowledges copyright on the Joe Davis coaching article with of course the full agreement of your BBC snooker adviser Mr Clive Everton.

This “Conspiracy of Silence” on snooker coaching could not have existed without help and connivance with the BBC staff.

Please note that I am not accusing you in the Jimmy Savil case but you refused to question the BBC snooker pundits on copyright for some thirty years.

The Joe Davis grave was plundered and I am sure the grave of June Davis will also be defiled as June the copyright holder died quite recently in a nursing home twenty years after Joe.

Please note folks! I asked your help to merely to question the copyright status of these big names but got the same silence or questions with questions which I personally got from M Caroline eight fold (If Any).

Please acknowledge this E mail or must I send by register letter and normal mail? Or would prefer an official “Lawyers Letter”?
